After installing and launching Screening Room for the first time, we’ll need to login using your Adobe credentials used when signing onto Frame.io on a desktop/mobile device.

NOTE: If you log into Frame using external social platforms (ex. Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.), you will need to unlink them as Screening Room doesn’t support these platforms during the login process. If you haven’t unlinked them, you can follow this guide here, and then proceed with the following instructions.

Once you launch the app, you’ll be presented with a pop up window instructing you to “Log in using Frame.io”.

Using the right controller, point towards the login button and squeeze the trigger.

You’ll then be presented with a 4-digit code to enter at the following link.

Open a web browser of your choice on your desktop or mobile device and head to lightsailvr.com/code. Enter the code you received from Screening Room, and proceed to select “Continue to Authentication.”

You’ll then proceed to enter your Adobe credentials as usual, however if you’re already signed in, the authentication process will automatically pass through this page.

Entering your credentials, Adobe will direct you to this page confirming you’re allowing Screening Room to access your content (Frame.io). If you consent to this request, select “Allow access”.
