If you still using a legacy Frame.io account (v3), you’ll need to link it with an Adobe account in order to properly access platforms such as Screening Room. This tutorial will teach you how to link your account to Adobe.
First, head to next.frame.io/settings. Under Profile → Authentication, you’ll see a section marked “Adobe Authentication”, this will be the area you can link your Adobe account to your legacy Frame.Io account.

Select Connect, you’ll need to make sure both emails you’re using for Frame.io and Adobe match. Otherwise, you’ll need to update the Frame.io email to match with the Adobe email.

Hitting continue, you’ll then proceed to login with your Adobe information. You will then be re-directed back to Frame.io and asked to confirm that you’d like to switch to Adobe Authentication. Select Connect.

You should see a notification appear at the top of the page, showing the link has been made and you can now use your Adobe account to sign into Frame.io. You can now use your updated account to log into Screening Room.
